Full Reporting Services
Goodz
GMC
provides a full reporting service that encompasses all statutory
requirements,
including annual production reports, annual environmental audits,
annual
exploration and expenditure reports, permit applications, rent and rate
payments and general correspondence.
We can
draft Notice of Intent and Work Plan Approval submissions as a natural
progression following the design phase.
We can meet all necessary specifications for report
compilation,
presentation and implementation. We carry out site audits to validate
lease
boundaries, surveys, infrastructures, asset registers, cultural
surveys,
environmental audits, ventilation surveys, production and milling
accounting,
reconciliation, safety, health and performance audits.
Valuation Services
Independent
reporting and valuation of tenements, assets, geology and mineral
resources. Our experience allows us to prepare expert reports,
act as an
expert witness and provide support in relation to legal matters,
methods,
valuations, designs and geological interpretations.
Investment Opportunities
Goodz
GMC
retains an archive of significant mine production data. Our historical
research
and tenement database provides target areas for mining and exploration
companies to focus their land acquisition activities.
Corporate Negotiations
We
can
coordinate/mediate complex meetings and negotiations between diverse
cultural/strategic interests. Goodz GMC has a successful record of
steering
win-win-win tri/quad party agreements/contracts. We provide strategic
analysis
to identify risks and harmonise opportunities.
Native Title
Goodz
GMC
has established a successful track record of negotiation for access to
Crown
land for both low and high impact activities.
At a much higher impact level, we have negotiated
Indigenous Land Use
Agreements (ILUA's) which eliminates land access risks, and allows the
mining/exploration projects to secure finance for current and future
tenements.
Strategic
Planning
Goodz
GMC
can assist in managing risk to improve success.
We
have provided long term planning solutions involving mine expansions,
transition from open pit to underground, reopening old mine workings,
near-mine
ore host repetition modelling and life-of-mine models.
Understanding
your value chain is critical to knowing where and how to seek out the
best
opportunities to improve productivity, outcomes and implement lean
tools. We conduct
whole of business process audits with a view to assisting projects to
understand limits, to measure and monitor to achieve and
exceed targets.
We
have a
post-mining use design process which looks at minesite rehabilitation
and land
use activities after mining. We have established processes that are
incorporated during the mine life to eliminate post-mining
rehabilitation and
to avoid the need for large upfront bonds.
Management
Services
Our
team
specialises in project management and operations support.
Project
Management - we have a proven track record in project conception and
team coordination. We have managed project teams within existing
organisational
departments and as separate project units. Goodz GMC has coordinated pre-feasibility studies
on projects valued up to
$350 million.
Operations
Support Management - our certificated managers are experienced in
the management of mines, both in the development/construction phases
and in
production. Our specialty is in underground mining and shaft
operations’.
Mentoring
Mentoring
future generations of geologists and engineers has been a goal of
Principal,
Morrie Goodz. Morrie Goodz began tutoring university students of
leading
external field training in geology since 1980 at Carleton, Melbourne,
Monash,
Curtin, Victoria, and LaTrobe universities and geology, mine
survey and
engineering courses at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and
Western
Australia School of Mines. Many of these students have since
become
managing directors and chief geologists of various leading mining
corporations
and consultancies.
Morrie
was the Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Department of Mine
Engineering and Surveying at the Western Australia School of Mines.
