Morrie is the Principal Consultant and Founding Director of Goodz & Associates GMC Pty Ltd (Goodz GMC). Morrie's experience includes mineral exploration management in North America from 1979 to 1982, university research and collaborative projects on resource evaluation methods generation from 1982 to 1986. In 1987, Morrie established Goodz GMC to provide specialty services to the mining industry.

Morrie specialises in mine operations design, planning and strategic management, technical audits, reconciliations and project conceptualisation and coordination.

Robin is the Principal Project Coordinator at Goodz & Associates GMC Pty Ltd (Goodz GMC). Robin's unique logistics and interpersonal experience includes Manager of Delivery Operations for Australia Post, Coordinator of Volunteer Centre and Human Resources for Local Government. Robin has an extensive background in safety, emergency procedures and policies for the State Emergency Services (SES) and is the Goldfields Representative of the State - SES Consultative Committee.

Janine Rea, Technical Services Manager for Goodz and Associates at MacPhersons Reward Gold Mine has been a geologist in the mining industry for over 30 years. In addition to 12 years on-site experience in a variety of exploration, underground and open-pit mining operations, Janine has extensive experience in various geological consulting positions, becoming proficient in areas such as data management, geostatistical analysis, 3D geological and mine modelling, technical support and training, implementation and analysis of business solutions.
